Meet Our Staff
Kristen - Treatment Coordinator
Kristen joined our team in 2009. She brings with her 10 years of dental experience to our practice. She is proficient in the administrative area as well as certified to assist in the treatment area. She stays on top of the latest changes in the dental field by attending educational courses and seminars. She will be happy to schedule your treatment appointments with either doctor and assist you with any questions you may have.
Kristen has been married to her husband Jody, for 7 years. Together they spoil their dog, Bella. She also enjoys shopping, family and travel. Although born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, she and her husband moved to the Dallas area in 2003.
Amanda - Hygiene Coordinator
Amanda has been with Dr. Wayne & Dr. Julie Scott for a total of 3 and a half years. She has over 9 years of experience in the dental field. Amanda works very hard to accommodate patients in order to meet their dental and scheduling needs.
Amanda moved from Louisiana to Texas in 2001. She enjoys spending time with her husband of 3 years. Traveling, hiking, and bicycling are some of the acitivities they pass the time with.
Keisha - Dental Assistant
Keisha has been a dental assistant for over 10 years. She prides herself in being gentle and making sure the patient feels relaxed and comfortable. She joined Dr. Wayne & Dr. Julie Scott's practice in 2006.
She has a cat named Leo who she adores, and she enjoys concerts, photography, and movies.
Nicole - Dental Assistant
Originally a West Texas girl, Nicole moved to Dallas in 2002. She has been working in dentistry for 8 years now. She is looking forward to getting married this Fall to her Fiancé Micah. They enjoy spending their time together restoring old cars, going to the lake and river, and traveling to new and exciting places.
Tia - Hygienist
After graduating from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque in 1996 with a bachelors degree in dental hygiene, Tia moved to Texas. She became an essential part of our office in 1999. Tia is a people person and feels that getting to know the patient is just as important as caring for them. Our patients benefit from both her extensive understanding of hygiene and her gentle touch.
Tia has been married to her husband, Dan, for 12 years. Together they care for and love their four cats. She also enjoys all types of music, camping, traveling, working in the yard and putting decorating touches in her new home.
Skye - Hygienist
Skye graduated with a bachelor of science in dental hygiene from Texas A & M University System Health Science Center - Baylor College of Dentistry Caruth School of Dental Hygiene in 2001. She started working with Drs. Julie and Wayne Scott in 2002. She works passionately to make sure each patient feels comfortable and has a painless dental experience. She is thorough, and efficient, while having a nice gentle touch. Skye gets very excited to share with you the latest information she learned from continuing education classes she has attended. She loves to answer any questions you have, or show you something new you might not have tried. Skye has a 7 year old daughter, Addison, that she loves to spend her time with. Skye is involved in PTA, Girl Scouts, and volunteers at her daughter's school. She enjoys attending church, shopping, hiking, working out, cooking and anything that brings friends together for a fun time.
Chelsy - Hygienist
Chelsy is from a town 2 hours east of Dallas called Pittsburg, TX. She is part of the first graduating class of Dental Hygiene at Northeast Texas Community College. She served as class president for 2 years and graduated in the Spring of 2006. Chelsy then moved to Coppell where she has been a team member of our office since. She loves working with patients, ensuring that they always have a positive experience in our office. In her free time, Chelsy loves to travel, exercise, with running being her newest challenge. She will be getting married this summer and looks forward to spending time with her future husband Martin and step daughter Presley.
Sue - Hygienist
Sue has been practicing dental hygiene for over 30 years and is licensed in seven different states. She has demonstrated her expertise in our office for the past 12 years by providing excellent patient care. She prides herself in patient education and was a recipient of the Clark J. Hollister Award for outstanding patient education. She thinks of herself as an educator before she thinks of herself as a hygienist. She cares deeply for our patients and does everything she can to insure patients have a positive dental experience.
Sue was born and raised in Pennsylvania and has lived in Texas for about 16 years. She is avid about working out and staying fit in order to keep up with her active family, husband, Terry and her two sons, Jonathan and Zachary and Angel, her doggie. She enjoys roller blading, bicycling and reading fiction novels.
Kim - Hygienist
Kim graduated with a bachelor of science degree in dental hygiene from Loyola University of Chicago. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Texas in 1992. For years Kim has helped Dr. Wayne and Dr. Julie Scott with covering the hygienist's personal time off and she currently works on Friday mornings. She takes a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education yearly as well as a CPR refresher.
She lives in Flower Mound with her husband and has two adult sons. Her step-daughter lives in Arkansas.
