Ashlee – Doctor Coordinator
Ashlee started her experience as a dental assistant back in 2004 and quickly realized her passion for dentistry was at the front desk, where she’s been for over 14 years. She joined our team in 2018 and loves meeting new people and interacting with patients on a daily basis. Whether you are scheduling large treatment plans or a simple procedure, Ashlee will create the best appointment tailored to meet your needs. She enjoys helping patients create the best financial plan to invest in their smile that works for all dental budgets.
Originally born in California, Ashlee moved to Texas at age 4, but is a true Texas girl at heart. She lives in Frisco with her husband, James, and their two daughters, London and Brooklyn. In her spare time, you’ll mostly find her in the gym working out. She enjoys baking delicious cupcakes (our entire office can attest to this!) and watching her girls play soccer. She also enjoys watching movies and is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan!
Jessica – Hygiene Coordinator
Originally from East Texas, Jessica has recently joined our team and is the first smile to greet you as you walk into our office. Having had a decade of experience in the dental field, she initially started as a chairside assistant, only to find her passion for helping patients is on the administrative side. As the hygiene coordinator, she keeps all of our patients on a timely schedule to make sure you stay healthy and happy! Jessica takes great pride in making sure our office runs smoothly and efficiently with patient care being of the utmost importance.
Outside the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Collin and her daughter, Cadence. She admits to being more of a “dog person”, as she “only” has five dogs. On the side, she attends school to study psychology and sociology. She loves to craft, paint, and read books in her free time.
Shannen – Billing and Insurance Coordinator
Originally from Denison, Shannen graduated from UNT with a BBA in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior. A good friend helped find her an opportunity working in a dental office as an administrative team member, and she knew immediately that she had found a career that resonated with her. She enjoys seeing patients finally getting the help they need and is passionate about expanding her knowledge. As Billing and Insurance Coordinator, she enjoys helping patients get the most out of their dental insurance coverage and is here to answer any financial questions you might have. Getting to meet and work hands-on with our patients is her favorite aspect of her job.
In her free time, Shannen enjoys spending time with her husband Toby, and her cats: Aurora, Milli, and Pippa. When she isn’t relaxing with her friends, she is usually catching up on Netflix shows or reading a book.
Jennifer – Dental Assistant
Originally from Denton, Jenn currently lives in Highland Village with her family and has been dental assisting since 2008. Her motivation to pursue a career in the dental field originated from her enjoyment of her own experiences as a patient. She finds meeting new patients and developing relationships to be the most worthwhile part of her job!
Outside of work, Jenn spends time with her three children: Ryan (10 years old), Samantha (5 years old), and newborn baby Cruz! She enjoys cheering her son on at his baseball games, but also enjoys watching the Rangers, Cowboys, and Mavericks. Her favorite food is watermelon and her hobbies include wreath-making and running!
Nicole – Dental Assistant
Originally a West Texas girl, Nicole moved to Dallas in 2002. She has been working in the dental field for over 15 years and joined our team in April of 2011. Nicole’s career in dentistry started simply from the fact that she enjoys to smile. Upon meeting her, she comes off as shy but has a heart of gold which puts her patient’s worries at ease. Nicole loves the opportunity to work with the E4D technology to fabricate in-house ceramic crowns, making her a vital asset to our team.
Outside of work Nicole enjoys being a mom to daughter Audrey, and son Alec and spending time with her husband, Micah. She loves anything that has to do with being outdoors as well as traveling and experiencing new and exciting places.
Aly – Dental Assistant
Aly grew up in Arlington, TX and her exposure to the dental field began at a young age, as her mom was also a dental assistant. She received her Associates Degree of Arts at Tarrant County College and went on to pursue her certificate in Dental Assisting. She is sweet, kind, and caring. You will immediately feel at ease in her presence as she always has a warm smile on her face.
Getting to work hands-on with many different people is her favorite aspect of her job.
Outside of the office Aly loves to cuddle with her lab, Penny, and enjoys researching and cooking up new recipes. Aly and her husband, Jeff, are proud parents to baby boy Bennett.
Skye – Hygienist
Skye graduated with a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene from Texas A&M University System Health Science Center-Baylor College of Dentistry Caruth School of Dental Hygiene in 2001. She started working with Drs. Wayne and Julie Scott in 2002. She works passionately to make sure each patient feels comfortable and has a painless dental experience. She is thorough and efficient while having a nice gentle touch! Skye loves contributing to your overall health by giving you a healthy smile. She also loves to answer any questions you have or show you something new you may have not tried.
Outside the office she loves spending time with her husband, Todd, and watching her daughter, Addison, cheer on her high school football team. Skye is involved in PTA, TDHA, bible study and volunteers at her daughter’s school. She enjoys attending church, shopping, hiking, fitness activities, cooking and anything that brings friends together for a fun time.
Molly – Hygienist
Molly graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from the University of Oklahoma. She joined our team in July of 2015. Molly makes it her goal to provide a thorough yet very gentle cleaning! Molly enjoys educating patients on proper oral health techniques – so she not only works with you in the office but also helps you learn better ways to care for your smile at home!
Molly was born and raised in Ada, Oklahoma. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, watching movies, and playing with her adorable cat Margo. Fun fact: Molly is a twin and her sister is a hygienist as well!
Stephanie – Hygienist
Stephanie began her career as a dental assistant for an oral surgeon’s office. She quickly found her love for dentistry, which led her to pursue a career in dental hygiene. She has a combined sixteen years of experience in the dental field and her passion for dentistry as well as her knowledge of dental procedures makes her a vital asset to our team. Stephanie graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree in dental hygiene from North East Tarrant County Community College in 2011. She joined our team in May of 2013 and has enjoyed getting to know and taking care of the patients. Stephanie is passionate about educating patients on how to improve their oral health all the while trying to put their comfort and needs first.
Stephanie lives in Irving with her husband, Carlos and two daughters, Abigail and Alison, and son Nicolas. She enjoys reading in her free time and spending as much time with friends and family as possible.
Sue has been practicing dental hygiene since “1970 something” and has been licensed in 7 states. Sue, her husband, and two sons have moved 10 times before settling in Coppell over twenty years ago when she discovered Dr. Wayne and Dr. Julie and Home. She has always enjoyed dental hygiene and loves working with her patients to find creative ways to improve their homecare and strives to ensure patients have an enjoyable dental experience in our office.
Due to her 8 year journey with cancer, she is always looking for ways to help patients improve their dental health which might directly affect their general health. She believes if the “eyes are the windows to the soul, then the mouth is a window to what is going on in the body.”
Sue was born in York, Pennsylvania. and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She is very active in her church and enjoys exercise, especially yoga. Sue likes to read and spend time with her family and friends. She is very excited to be a new grandma!
